Because a single cable is often very heavy, the installation work requires the cooperation of multiple people, and it takes more time to complete. In addition, due to the bending radius of the cable, more installation space is required.
4. Line Optimization
By using high-density busbars, we can merge some branch circuits and convert them into a large high-density busbar using plug-in boxes. This can simplify the electrical system, obtain more harnesses, and lower current values. Therefore, it saves construction costs and is easy to maintain. For traditional cable lines, cables make the electrical system extremely complex, large, and difficult to maintain, thus wasting engineering costs and installation space.
5. Measurability
For high-density busbars, system expansion can be completed by adding or changing a few sections, and the reuse rate is high. In most cases, cables cannot be reused because the length and route are different. If we want to expand the system, we need to purchase new cables to replace the old ones.
