The low-voltage busbar trunking consists of a shell coated with fire-resistant paint, busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and a support made of fire-resistant insulating material. The support has multiple grooves that embed and secure the busbars. There is a busbar connection box at one end of the low-voltage busbar trunking, and another inside the trunking. The low-voltage busbar trunking has excellent insulation performance, can be used continuously under normal conditions, and can be used for more than 1 hour in case of fire. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities to replace fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.

Low voltage busbars are suitable for rated voltagebelow 690V, rated operating current 250-5000A, and frequency 50-60Hz power transmission and distribution systems. After years of testing and industrial operation, its electrical performance, fire performance, and metal structure have reached an advanced level.

Low Voltage Busbar Structure and Performance:

1. Using a reasonable "sandwich" structure design with closely stacked phase wires, the busbar structure is compact, small in size, with low busbar system impedance, low voltage, and good thermal stability.

2. The casing is made of cold-bent thin steel. The side plates on both sides are double-layer hollow structures, which can effectively prevent high-temperature gases or open flames from directly entering the busbar through the tight hollow space. The surface of the busbar casing is galvanized and sprayed with flame-retardant paint (when encountering fire, the paint can rapidly expand at a geometric rate on the surface of the busbar, forming a dense carbonized insulation layer, sealing all gaps in the busbar casing, and preventing high temperatures from directly entering the busbar.

3. The joints use special fire-resistant insulating components, making the connection reliable and convenient.

Main Technical Parameters of Low Voltage Busbar:

1. Uses a "sandwich" sealed structure.

2. The busbar system can withstand a 3750V power frequency withstand voltage without breakdown or flashover within 1 minute.

3. When the busbar system is connected for a long time under the rated current, the temperature rise does not exceed: terminal: 60K, metal casing: 30K, surface of the internal insulation part: 40K.

4. After a fire, when the combustion temperature rises to 960 degrees Celsius, the low voltage busbar system can still maintain normal operation.
