Dense busbars consist of a fire-retardant paint-coated shell, busbars wrapped with fire-retardant mica tape, and a support made of fire-retardant insulating material. The support has multiple grooves that embed and secure the busbars. The dense busbar has a busbar junction box at one end, and another inside the busbar. The dense busbar has excellent insulation performance and can be used continuously under normal conditions, and for more than 1 hour in case of fire. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities to replace fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution. Dense busbars are suitable for power transmission and distribution systems with a rated voltage below 690V, a rated operating current of 250-5000A, and a frequency of 50-60Hz.

Structural performance of high-density busbar trunking:

2. The shell is made of cold-bent thin steel. The side plates on both sides are double-layer hollow structures, which can effectively prevent high-temperature gases or open flames from directly entering the high-density busbar trunking through the tight hollow space. The surface of the busbar shell is galvanized and sprayed with fire-retardant paint (when encountering fire, the paint can rapidly expand on the surface of the busbar at a geometric rate, forming a dense carbonized heat insulation layer, the busbar shell seals all gaps, preventing high temperatures from directly entering the busbar.
3. The joints use special fire-resistant insulating components, which are reliable and easy to connect.
Main technical parameters of high-density busbar trunking:
1. Adopts a "sandwich" sealing structure.
2. The busbar system can withstand a 3750V power frequency withstand voltage without breakdown or flashover within 1 minute.
3. When the rated current is applied to the busbar system for a long time, the temperature rise does not exceed: terminal: 60K, metal shell: 30K, insulation inside the slot surface: 40K.
4. After a fire occurs, when the burning temperature rises to 960 degrees Celsius, the high-density busbar trunking system can still maintain normal operation.
