Fire-resistant busbar trunking consists of a shell coated with fire-retardant paint, busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and a support made of fire-resistant insulating material. The support has multiple recesses that embed and secure the busbars. One end of the fire-resistant busbar trunking has a busbar junction box, and there is also a busbar junction box inside the trunking. The fire-resistant busbar trunking has excellent insulation performance, can be used continuously under normal conditions, and can be used continuously for more than 1 hour in a fire. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities, replacing fire-resistant power cables for power transmission and distribution. Fire-resistant busbar trunking is suitable for rated voltages below 690V, rated operating currents of 250-5000A, and frequencies of 50-60Hz.

Fire-resistant busbar trunking is suitable for rated voltagebelow 690V, rated operating current 250-5000A, and frequency 50-60Hz power transmission and distribution systems. After years of testing and industrial operation, its electrical performance, fire resistance, and metal structure have reached an advanced level.
Structure and performance of fire-resistant busbar trunking;

1. Reasonable "sandwich" phase line close-packed structure design is adopted. The busbar trunking is compact and small in size. This busbar system has advantages such as low impedance, low voltage, and good dynamic and thermal stability.
2. The shell is made of cold-bent thin-walled steel. The side plates have a double-layer hollow structure, which can effectively prevent high-temperature gas or open flames from directly entering the busbar trunking through the tight hollow. The surface of the bus shell is galvanized and sprayed with fire-retardant paint. The surface of the busbar shell is galvanized and sprayed with fire-retardant paint. When exposed to fire, the paint can rapidly expand at a geometric rate on the surface of the busbar, forming a dense carbonized heat-insulating layer, sealing all gaps in the busbar shell, and preventing high temperatures from directly entering the busbar.
3. Special fire-resistant and heat-insulating components are used for the joints, which are reliable and easy to connect.
Main technical parameters of fire-resistant busbar trunking:
1. "Sandwich" sealed structure is adopted, and the general protection grade is IP54.
2. The busbar system can withstand 3750V power frequency withstand voltage without breakdown or flashover within 1 minute.
3. When the rated current is applied to the busbar system for a long time, the temperature rise shall not exceed: terminal: 60K, metal shell: 30K, insulator surface in the trough: 40K.
4. After a fire occurs, when the combustion temperature rises to 960 degrees Celsius, the fire-resistant busbar trunking system can still maintain normal operation.
