Fire-resistant busbar trunking consists of a fire-resistant paint-coated shell, busbars wrapped in fire-resistant mica tape, and a support made of fire-resistant insulating material. The support has multiple grooves that embed and secure the busbars. The fire-resistant busbar trunking has a busbar junction box at one end, and another busbar junction box inside the trunking. It has excellent insulation performance, allowing for continuous use in normal environments and during fire events.for over 1 hour. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities to replace fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.
Fire-resistant busbar trunking is suitable for rated voltagebelow 690V, rated operating current 250-5000A, and frequency 50-60Hz power transmission and distribution systems. After years of testing and industrial operation, its electrical performance, fire resistance, and metal structure have reached an advanced level.
Structural Performance of Fire-Resistant Busbar Trunking:

1. A reasonable "sandwich" structure of tightly stacked phases is adopted. The busbar trunking is compact and small in size; the busbar system boasts low impedance, low voltage drop, and good dynamic thermal stability.
2. The shell is made of cold-bent thin steel. The side plates on both sides are double-layered hollow structures, which effectively prevent high-temperature gases or open flames from directly entering the fire-resistant busbar trunking through the tight hollow space. The surface of the busbar shell is galvanized and sprayed with fire-retardant paint (when exposed to fire, the paint expands rapidly at a geometric rate on the surface of the busbar, forming a dense carbonized heat-insulating layer that seals all gaps in the busbar shell, preventing high temperatures from directly entering the interior of the busbar).
3. Special fire-resistant insulating components are used for the joints, ensuring reliable and convenient connections.
The insulating medium of the fire-resistant busbar trunking is mainly the insulating support, using high-temperature alumina ceramic components that can withstand temperatures as high as1000 degrees Celsius. The copper conductor of the busbar is insulated using a mixture of polyimide and high-temperature powdered mica tape.
Main Technical Parameters of Fire-Resistant Busbar Trunking:
1. Uses a "sandwich" sealing structure.
2. The busbar system can withstand high-frequency power frequency withstand voltage, without breakdown or flashover for 1 minute.
3. After a fire, the fire-resistant busbar trunking system can still maintain normal operation when the burning temperature rises to 960 degrees Celsius.
