Fire-resistant busbars consist of a fire-retardant paint-coated shell, busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and a support frame made of fire-resistant insulating material. The frame has multiple grooves that embed and secure the busbars. The fire-resistant busbar has a busbar connection box at one end, and another busbar connection box inside. Fire-resistant busbars have excellent insulation performance, can be used continuously under normal conditions, and can be used continuously for more than 1 hour under fire conditions. They can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities to replace fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.

Fire-resistant busbar trunking consists of a fire-resistant paint-coated shell, busbars wrapped in fire-resistant mica tape, and a support made of fire-resistant insulating material. The support has multiple grooves, which embed and secure the busbars. One end of the fire-resistant busbar trunking has a busbar junction box, and there is also a busbar junction box inside the busbar trunking. The fire-resistant busbar trunking has excellent insulation properties and can be used continuously under normal and fire conditionsfor more than 1 hour. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities to replace fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.

Fire-resistant busbar trunking is suitable for rated voltagebelow 690V, rated operating current 250-5000A, and frequency 50-60Hz power transmission and distribution systems. After years of testing and industrial operation, its electrical performance, fire resistance, and metal structure have reached advanced levels.

Structural performance of fire-resistant busbar trunking:

Fire-resistant busbar trunking

1. Adopts a reasonable "sandwich" phase wire close-stacking structural design. The busbar trunking is compact and small, and the busbar system has advantages such as low impedance, low voltage drop, and good dynamic thermal stability.

2. The shell is made of cold-bent thin steel. The side plates on both sides have a double-layer hollow structure, which can effectively prevent high-temperature gas or open flames from directly entering the busbar trunking through the tight hollow space. The surface of the busbar shell is galvanized and sprayed with fire-retardant paint (when encountering fire, the paint can rapidly expand at a geometric rate on the surface of the busbar, forming a dense carbonized heat insulation layer, sealing all gaps in the busbar shell, and preventing high temperatures from directly entering the busbar.

3. The joints use special fire-resistant insulating components, ensuring reliable and convenient connection.

Main technical parameters of fire-resistant busbar trunking:

1. Adopts a "sandwich" sealing structure, with a general protection level of IP54.

2. The busbar system can withstand a 3750V power frequency withstand voltage without breakdown or flashover for 1 minute.

3. When the rated current is passed through the busbar system for a long time, the temperature rise does not exceed: connection terminal: 60K, metal shell: 30K, internal insulating parts surface: 40K.

4. After a fire, the fire-resistant busbar trunking system can remain in normal operation when the combustion temperature rises to 960 degrees Celsius.
